Cherry Hill Shoreline, Aerial Coverage
Drone cinematography for 5 miles of Baltimore waterfront, shot in LOG for full color grading control, two pricing options with transparent line item pricing.
Aerial cinematography covering 5 miles of continuous Cherry Hill shoreline in Baltimore, revised up from the original 2 mile scope. A stretch this long changes the math on everything: how many days it takes, how the flights are planned, and what each option actually costs, so this version is built to be fully transparent about time, resources, and billing rather than a single flat number.
Two pricing options follow below, each with an itemized cost breakdown so it is clear exactly what is being paid for: flight days, post production hours, and licensing. No shot style was specified in the brief, so a recommended shot plan comes first.
Coverage Area
What 5 miles of continuous shoreline actually looks like on the ground, from Cherry Hill's Middle Branch waterfront past Hanover Street Bridge, along Masonville, to the Fairfield waterfront.
Illustrative flight corridor, not a survey line. L1 through L4 mark approximately where the multiple required launch and landing points would sit, real positions are confirmed on a site walkthrough before the shoot.
Six techniques, each answering a different question a shoreline this long can ask of a camera. How many get used, and how thoroughly across the 5 miles, is what actually separates the two options below.
Two Pricing Options
Both options cover the full 5 miles, the difference is 1 flight day versus 2. The honest answer for a stretch this size is that it takes more than a couple of hours, and Cherry Hill sits close to some genuinely busy airspace: a Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium or an Orioles game at Camden Yards puts an FAA temporary flight restriction over a few miles around the stadium, law enforcement activity can close airspace with no notice, and ordinary weather, rain or high wind, can ground a drone outright. None of that is padding, it is exactly why the 2 day option exists, enough time to actually finish 5 continuous miles without the schedule depending on nothing going wrong. If a delay happens on either option, the affected time is rescheduled, never billed twice.
- 1 flight day, up to 8 hours, multiple launch points across the full 5 miles
- Rising reveal, continuous flyover, and low altitude skim, applied along the full stretch plus 2 to 3 key landmarks
- Shot in LOG, full raw footage delivered exactly as captured
- FAA Part 107 pilot and airspace authorization included
- Tightest schedule, a weather day, a stadium TFR, or an ATC hold means a reschedule rather than finishing that day
- Editing available as an add-on, see Transparent Billing below
- 2 flight days, room to split across midday and golden hour light, full 5 mile coverage
- All 6 techniques from the shot plan, applied at regular intervals plus every notable landmark
- Shot in LOG, full raw footage delivered exactly as captured, ready for your colorist or the edit add-on
- FAA Part 107 pilot and airspace authorization included
- Built in room for a weather day, a stadium TFR, or an ATC hold without losing coverage
- Editing available as an add-on, see Transparent Billing below
Both options bill the same way, only the day count changes. Flight operations bill by the day, and licensing is included at no separate charge either way.
| Line item | 1 Day | 2 Day |
|---|---|---|
| Flight operationsPilot, aircraft, insurance, $1,400 per day | 1 day, $1,400 | 2 days, $2,800 |
| Licensing tierIncluded, no separate charge | Standard | Extended |

| Total, capture only | $1,400 | $2,800 |
Editing is intentionally left out of the totals above. Footage is captured in LOG specifically so grading doesn't have to be decided upfront, you can hand raw footage to your own colorist, or add one of the following whenever you're ready.

Terms
- 50 percent deposit confirms the booking and locks the date, remaining balance is due once the finished files are delivered.
- A 5 mile continuous shoreline requires multiple launch and landing points to keep the aircraft within visual line of sight at all times, standard under FAA Part 107 and already built into both options.
- If a scheduled flight day is lost to weather, an FAA temporary flight restriction, a Ravens game at M&T Bank Stadium or an Orioles game at Camden Yards both trigger one nearby, or law enforcement activity closing the airspace, that day is rescheduled at no additional charge, never billed twice.
- Raw footage is delivered on a client supplied drive at wrap, or on a new drive provided at cost.
- Editing add-ons can be purchased at booking or after footage is delivered, whichever timeline works better.
- Moving from the 1 day option up to the 2 day option is possible any time before the shoot, at the price difference.
Both tiers are perpetual, meaning the rights never expire. What changes is how far the usage extends.
Standard

Five miles of shoreline, told the way it deserves to be told, with the billing laid out clearly enough to defend to anyone who asks. Happy to walk through either option before you decide.
